Research has proven that having a doula has improved the physical and psychological outcomes for mothers and babies. Doula’s have a positive impact on the whole family.

Feeling of Empowerment
My vision for Brave and Joyful Birth is that every woman walks away from their birth experienced feeling empowered and heard. I believe that an empowered birth experience can give moms the confidence need as they enter motherhood.
